Whispers of Wealth and Want

Poetry Image

In bustling markets, the currency flows,
An unseen river, where fortune grows.
The hands that trade, the minds that scheme,
Spin webs of gold, in a capitalist dream.

Beneath the glint of wealth and gain,
Lies a world of struggle, loss, and pain.
For every peak, a valley waits,
In the dance of economics, we share our fates.

Policies crafted, numbers crunched,
The fate of nations, in ledgers bunched.
Invisible hands, guide the unseen,
In the grand theater, of the economic machine.

Yet in this game of give and take,
Hope and despair, are both at stake.
For in the end, it’s not just wealth,
But human lives, that define our health.
