Whispers of the Winter’s Heart

Poetry Image

Beneath the silent moon’s embrace,
The ice, it whispers in the night.
A world so still, a frozen grace,
Reflecting stars in crystal light.

Each flake a story, each frost a dream,
In winter’s hold, the earth does sleep.
The rivers pause, the forests gleam,
In icy depths, secrets they keep.

Wind’s breath is cold, yet gentle too,
It paints the world in frosty hue.
The frozen lakes, a mirrored view,
Of skies so vast, so deep, so blue.

In winter’s arms, the world is pure,
A time of peace, of quiet lore.
The ice, it whispers, soft, demure,
A tale of love, forevermore.
