Amidst the lofty peaks, where whispers roam,
Kashmir’s heart beats with tales untold,
The valleys sing of peace and home,
Yet shadows of conflict take their hold.
Snow-capped dreams and rivers pure,
Flow through lands both ancient and new,
A canvas of beauty, wild and sure,
Painted with hues of hope and rue.
Mountains echo with silent cries,
Of souls yearning for a tranquil dawn,
Beneath a sky of sapphire skies,
Where every dusk feels like a song.
Amid the bloom of saffron fields,
And chinar leaves in autumn’s glow,
Kashmir’s spirit forever yields,
To dreams of peace, through storm and snow.
