Whispers of the Silent Heart

Poetry Image

In the quiet echoes of the night,
Where shadows dance in pale moonlight,
A heart once full is now a void,
Grief and loss, its cruelest plight.

Memories linger, soft and frail,
Like whispers in an empty hall,
Each moment cherished, now a tale,
Of love and laughter, gone withal.

The tears that fall, a silent rain,
On barren fields of withered dreams,
They speak of sorrow, speak of pain,
Of how the heart in silence screams.

Yet in the dark, a flicker glows,
A hope that time shall heal the scars,
For grief, though deep, it ebbs and flows,
And love remains among the stars.
