Whispers of the Moonlit Night

Poetry Image

The moonlight dances on the silent waves,
Casting silver upon a world asleep,
In dreams, the night her secrets saves,
Beneath her glow, our hearts do leap.

She whispers tales of ancient skies,
Of lovers lost and found in time,
Her gentle light, a soft disguise,
For mysteries sung in silent rhyme.

The stars they bow to her command,
As shadows melt into her embrace,
Her tender rays across the land,
Illuminate each hidden space.

In her gaze, we find our peace,
As night unfolds its tender veil,
The moon, our guide, till dawn’s release,
Her light, a story we inhale.
