Whispers of the Haunted Night in Shadows

Poetry Image

In the stillness of the eerie October air,
Whispers dance among the rustling leaves,
The moon casts a ghostly glow so rare,
As shadows waltz beneath the ancient eaves.

Children’s laughter mingles with the wind,
Masks and costumes hide their playful glee,
Candles flicker as the night begins,
Tales of spirits set the darkness free.

Pumpkins grin with carved and jagged smiles,
Lanterns guide the way through haunted streets,
In every corner linger secret wiles,
As footsteps echo in the night’s retreats.

Beneath the stars, the night unfolds its tale,
Of magic woven in the fabric of dreams,
A spell is cast where fantasies prevail,
And Halloween’s enchantment softly gleams.
