Whispers of the Haunted Night: A Halloween Tale

Poetry Image

In the shadowed corners of October’s end,Where moonlight dances with the fallen leaves,The whispers of the haunted night ascend,A symphony that every heart believes.Goblins roam the misty streets so wide,Jack-o’-lanterns flicker with a grin,Children’s laughter echoes far and wide,As the night of eerie tales begins.Beneath the veil of mystery and fear,Masks conceal both friend and phantom foe,In every shadow, secrets draw near,In the chilling breeze, their stories flow.Yet amidst the darkness, warmth is found,The glow of candles in the pumpkin’s face,A night where spirits and the living are bound,In a timeless dance of ghostly grace.
