Whispers of the Garden’s Bounty

Poetry Image

In the garden’s quiet, where the green leaves sway,
Lies the humble carrot, in the soil it stays.
Roots deep in earth, it gathers strength to rise,
In colors of autumn, beneath the summer skies.

Leafy greens of spinach, with veins so bold,
Telling tales of nutrition, a story never old.
Wrapped in morning dew, with the dawn’s first light,
Unfolding their secrets, in the still of night.

Tomatoes ripen, in a blush of red,
Sun-kissed and warm, in their garden bed.
Juicy and tender, with a tangy zest,
A burst of flavor, in the summer’s best.

Cucumbers crawl, with tendrils so fine,
Weaving through trellises, in a silent line.
Crisp and cool, in the noon’s embrace,
A refreshing delight, in their green lace.
