Whispers of the Dying Sun

Poetry Image

As the sun dips into the horizon’s embrace,
A symphony of colors starts to unfold,
Whispering secrets in a golden blaze,
Painting the sky in hues of red and gold.

The tranquil sea mirrors the evening glow,
Waves gently kiss the shore with a sigh,
Each ripple a story of the day now past,
Serenading the dusk as daylight says goodbye.

Shadows stretch long, their dance a gentle waltz,
Trees stand tall, silhouettes in the twilight,
With every breath, the world seems to pause,
Captivated by the transition from day to night.

Stars begin to peek through the fading light,
A promise of dreams in the coming night,
The sunset whispers, “Rest, the day is done,”
As the world bows to the beauty of the setting sun.
