Whispers of the Barangay: A Symphony in Four Verses

Poetry Image

In the heart of our small barangay, where the sun kisses the earth,
Children run with laughter, a testament to our shared mirth.
Elders speak in hushed tones, of stories from yesteryears,
Binding generations, in a tapestry of tears and cheers.

The river flows gently, a silent witness to our days,
Reflecting dreams and hopes, in its shimmering array.
Farmers toil in fields, under the golden sun’s embrace,
Nurturing the land with love, in this sacred, humble place.

At dusk, the barangay breathes a serene, tranquil air,
As families gather ’round, in moments pure and rare.
Lanterns light the pathways, guiding us through the night,
A beacon of unity, in their soft, glowing light.

Each dawn brings new promise, in our beloved barangay,
A community of hearts, where dreams and hopes relay.
Together we stand strong, with love as our guide,
In the embrace of our barangay, where our spirits reside.
