Whispers of Silence: Battling Shadows of AIDS

Poetry Image

In shadows deep, where silence weeps,
A battle fought, in whispered keeps.
Beneath the skin, a war unfolds,
With stories of lives, unseen, untold.

The heart beats slow, with weary pain,
As hope and fear, in veins do strain.
A silent scream, no words can say,
The courage found, in each new day.

They walk among us, cloaked in night,
Their battles fought, out of sight.
With strength unseen, they stand so tall,
In a world that often, fails to call.

Let’s break the chains, of stigma’s hold,
Embrace the heart, so brave, so bold.
For in our unity, we’ll find the grace,
To light the dark, and heal this place.
