Whispers of Shadows: Unveiling the Veil of Prejudice’s Silent Chains

Poetry Image

In the quiet streets where whispers roam,
Lies a tale of hearts burdened and worn,
Judgments cast in shadows, never known,
Prejudice, a seed so deeply sown.

Eyes that see but choose to ignore,
Differences painted as something to abhor,
Voices unheard, stories untold,
In the silence, their truth unfolds.

Walls built high with bricks of fear,
Bound by chains that no one can hear,
In the heart of humanity, a silent plea,
To break the chains and set the spirit free.

Yet hope lingers in the dawn’s embrace,
A world reimagined with love and grace,
Where understanding blooms in every heart,
And prejudice slowly falls apart.
