Whispers of Isolation: Echoes of Emotions in the Pandemic

Poetry Image

In the silence of my room, I hear the whispers,
Echoes of a world that’s paused, a life in frame.
Emotions tangled, like vines in the still air,
Yearning for touch, for a glimpse of the same.

The distant hum of cities, now a lullaby,
Streets once alive, now shadows in the night.
Hearts beat in unison, yet miles apart,
Finding solace in dreams, in the soft moonlight.

Eyes search for hope in the digital glow,
Faces hidden behind masks, stories untold.
Laughter muffled, smiles concealed,
Yet in the darkness, resilience unfolds.

Each day a canvas, painted with unseen tears,
Yet through the pain, a quiet strength grows.
For in the deepest sorrow, a spark remains,
A promise that tomorrow, the sun will show.
