Whispers of Innocence: Childhood’s Gentle Embrace

Poetry Image

In the golden fields where dreams took flight,
We chased the sun, from dawn till night.
Laughter echoed through the air,
A world untouched by sorrow or care.

Beneath the oak, our secret place,
Stories spun in time and space.
We carved our names in bark and stone,
A testament to how we’ve grown.

The scent of summer, wild and free,
Nights spent beneath the old oak tree.
We danced with shadows, played with light,
Childhood’s memories, pure and bright.

Now as adults, paths diverged,
We carry those moments, deeply surged.
A reminder of where we began,
In the heart of a child, an eternal span.
