Whispers of First Love

Poetry Image

In the dawn of tender youth we met,
Hearts unguarded, dreams unmet.
Your smile, a beacon in the night,
A first love’s pure and gentle light.

We walked through fields of golden hue,
With every step, our spirits grew.
The world was ours, or so it seemed,
In every glance, our future dreamed.

Time moved on, as time will do,
But memories of you stay true.
The laughter shared, the tears we cried,
In my heart, they still reside.

Though paths diverge, and lives expand,
That first love’s touch, a tender hand.
Forever etched in memory’s frame,
A spark that time cannot reclaim.
