Whispers of December’s Embrace

Poetry Image

In the chill of December’s breath, a silent whisper flows,
Through the barren trees and the frost-covered roads.
The world slows down, wrapped in a white embrace,
As snowflakes dance, a gentle, delicate grace.

Fires burn bright in hearths, a warm, inviting glow,
Families gather close, as the cold winds blow.
Stories unfold, of times both old and new,
In December’s heart, bonds are strengthened and true.

Nights grow longer, stars twinkle in the sky,
A quiet reflection of the year’s fleeting sigh.
Dreams are whispered, hopes for the year ahead,
As December writes its tale, on a winter bed.

Frosted windows, a canvas for morning light,
Each day a gift, wrapped in pure, silent white.
December’s embrace, a tender, fleeting kiss,
A reminder of moments, of joy and bliss.
