In fields where daisies bloom so bright,
We chased the sun from morn to night,
With hearts so pure and eyes so wide,
In childhood’s realm, our dreams did bide.
Laughter echoed through the trees,
As we danced with the summer breeze,
Carefree days and endless skies,
Beneath the watchful, wondrous eyes.
Time was but a distant friend,
Our joy seemed it would never end,
In every corner of our play,
We found new worlds, we found our way.
Now those days are memories dear,
Yet in our hearts, they remain near,
For in the whispers of our youth,
We find the essence of our truth.
