Whispers of Agony: A Tale of Endless Strife

Poetry Image

Beneath the weight of sorrow’s silent scream,
I wander through a labyrinth of despair,
Shadows cast by memories, they gleam,
Each step a dance with pain I cannot bear.

The nights are long, with stars that never shine,
A hollow void where hope once dared to dwell,
Echoes of laughter turned to whispered whine,
In chambers of my heart, a living hell.

Through tears that carve new rivers on my face,
I seek the dawn, a promise in the night,
Yet every dawn brings but a fleeting grace,
And suffering resumes its endless flight.

Oh, if these wounds could speak, what tales they’d tell,
Of battles fought within a soul so torn,
In silence, I endure this private hell,
Awaiting peace, a solace yet unborn.
