Beneath the fading azure sky,
Where once cool breezes danced,
Now sweltering heatwaves lie,
Nature’s voice in silent trance.
The icebergs weep in silent sorrow,
As oceans rise in muted plea,
Shadows cast a darker morrow,
On lands once wild and free.
Forests burn with fiery rage,
Creatures flee in frantic haste,
In this modern, warming age,
Time and life seem both to waste.
Yet hope still lingers in our hearts,
If we unite and take a stand,
Healing can begin, new starts,
To mend our precious, fragile land.
