Whispers in the Silent Night: A Tale of Depression and Anxiety

Poetry Image

In the silence of the night, whispers softly call,
Shadows of despair, darkened shadows fall.
Heartbeat racing, mind in endless flight,
Fear and sorrow tangled in the quiet night.

Tears unseen, a river deep inside,
Emotions hidden, nowhere left to hide.
The weight of the world upon fragile shoulders,
The chill of loneliness as the night grows colder.

Dreams of peace, yet haunted by the past,
Moments of joy, fleeting, never last.
A battle unseen, within a heavy heart,
Struggles unspoken, tearing life apart.

Yet hope flickers, in the darkest of times,
A light that whispers, through the silent chimes.
Strength to seek, in the depths of despair,
A journey of healing, with tender care.
