When the Weight Becomes Too Heavy to Bear

Poetry Image

In the whispered silence of a weary heart,
Lies the echo of dreams torn apart.
The road once lit with vibrant hues,
Now fades into somber blues.

The stars that guided through the night,
Now dim, lost to the absence of light.
In shadows deep, where courage wanes,
Hope flickers, tethered by chains.

Steps falter on this path of stone,
As whispers of doubt become my own.
The horizon fades, a distant view,
As strength subsides, bidding adieu.

Yet in surrender, a quiet grace,
A gentle touch in an empty space.
For sometimes in letting go, we find,
A new beginning, a peace of mind.
