When Shadows Cry for Justice

Poetry Image

In the heart of the city, where the lights shine bright,
Lies a shadowed corner, hidden from sight.
The cries of the voiceless echo through the night,
A plea for justice, a call for the right.

Children of the streets, their eyes filled with despair,
Dreams shattered, lost in the cold, empty air.
A world built on promises, yet so unfair,
Where hope seems distant, a fleeting glare.

The rich grow richer, while the poor remain bound,
In chains of inequality, where no freedom is found.
The silence of the oppressed, a deafening sound,
In a world where justice seems to be drowned.

Stand up, speak out, let your voice be heard,
For the shadows that linger, for the broken and blurred.
Together we rise, let our spirits be stirred,
To fight for a future where justice is the word.
