Unspoken Whispers of a Silent Heart

Poetry Image

In the quiet corners of my soul, I dwell,
Where unspoken whispers of love reside,
A silent heart that dares not tell,
The depth of feelings it cannot hide.

I watch you from afar, my heart in chains,
Bound by the fear of unreciprocated dreams,
Every glance, a dagger of sweet pains,
As reality tears at the seams.

In your laughter, I find both joy and sorrow,
For every smile that you bestow,
Is a reminder of a love I cannot borrow,
A garden where my hopes cannot grow.

So I remain, a silent guardian of my heart,
Loving you from shadows, unheard and unseen,
Carrying a torch that will not depart,
In this one-sided love, forever a serene dream.
