In the silence of despair,
When shadows loom and hearts do tear,
I find a light, so warm, so rare,
Godâs guiding hand is always there.
When storms of life do rage and roar,
And burdens weigh, my spirit sore,
I turn to faith, and ask for more,
His love and grace, my soul restore.
Through darkest nights and longest days,
I seek His light, in all my ways,
In every trial, my voice I raise,
With trust in God, my heart obeys.
Though paths are rough and mountains high,
I know Heâs near, He hears my cry,
In every tear, in every sigh,
With God, my spirit learns to fly.
