In the depths of my soul, a cage unseen,
Walls of despair, where dreams convene.
A silent echo of cries unheard,
Lost in a maze, where thoughts are blurred.
The chains of fear, they hold me tight,
A prisoner to shadows, in the dead of night.
No light to guide, no path to find,
Imprisoned by the corners of my mind.
Hope flickers faint, a distant star,
Beyond the bars, it feels so far.
A battle rages within these walls,
Seeking freedom from these endless halls.
Yet still I fight, with heart and soul,
To break these chains, to be whole.
For in the dark, a spark will grow,
And light the way, I’ll come to know.
