The Whispering Winds of January’s Embrace

Poetry Image

The whispering winds of January’s embrace,
With icy breaths that chill the night’s face,
Stars that twinkle in the frosty skies,
Reflecting dreams in our silent eyes.

The snowflakes dance, a delicate ballet,
On barren trees, they find their stay,
Blanketing the world in pure white,
Turning darkness into light.

In January’s hush, we find our peace,
A moment where all worries cease,
The cold, a gentle reminder to be still,
To hear the silence, to feel the thrill.

As days grow longer, and nights grow short,
We cherish winter’s quiet port,
Knowing soon the thaw will come,
And January’s magic will be done.
