The Whisper of Autumn’s Embrace

Poetry Image

In the quiet hush of autumn’s gentle sigh,
Leaves of gold and crimson softly lie,
Beneath the canopy of a twilight sky,
Nature’s final breath before the winter’s cry.

The air is crisp, a tender, fleeting kiss,
As shadows lengthen in the evening bliss,
Each tree a tower of whispered reminisce,
A season’s end, a moment not to miss.

Footsteps echo through the fallen leaves,
A tapestry of memories one weaves,
A time of change, a season that deceives,
In autumn’s arms, the heart believes.

The world prepares for a peaceful sleep,
As autumn’s colors in silence creep,
A promise in the earth, so deep,
In every leaf, a secret we keep.
