In the shadows where whispers grow loud,
Lies a realm where fairness is disallowed.
Through the veils of bias we tread,
Injustice and prejudice, a thread we dread.
Eyes that judge before hearts can see,
Minds closed off from what could be.
The world in monochrome, devoid of hues,
Buried truths in biased views.
Conversations halted by walls of fear,
Differences magnified, compassion unclear.
Each label a chain, each word a scar,
Divisions deepened, unity afar.
Yet hope flickers in the hearts of the brave,
Who challenge the darkness, the world to save.
Through understanding and love’s embrace,
We’ll tear down prejudice, and find our place.
