The Unreachable Heart: A Tale of Forbidden Love

Poetry Image

Beneath the moonlight’s gentle glow,
Our love, a secret, silent show.
In shadows deep, our hearts entwine,
Yet fate decrees, you can’t be mine.

Across the stars, my whispers fly,
To reach your heart, a distant sigh.
We dream of worlds where love is free,
But chains of fate bind you and me.

In every glance, a silent scream,
A love that lives within a dream.
The paths we’ve walked now drift apart,
Yet you remain within my heart.

I cherish moments, fleeting, rare,
The stolen love, the secret care.
Though we can’t be, my heart still yearns,
For love that’s lost, but never spurns.
