The Silent Sentinels of Our World

Poetry Image

In the heart of the forest, where shadows play,
Stand the silent sentinels of our day.
Their branches whisper secrets of old,
Stories of life, silently told.

Roots deep in the earth, a strong embrace,
They hold the soil in a tender grace.
Leaves rustle softly, a lullaby’s tune,
Under the silver light of the moon.

Through seasons they weather, in sun and rain,
Bearing witness to joy and to pain.
Their bark, a tapestry of time’s gentle hand,
A testament to the life of the land.

Oh trees, you stand so tall and wise,
With wisdom deep and open skies.
Guardians of nature, pure and free,
Forever in our hearts, you’ll always be.
