The Silent Scream of Nature: How Pollution Erodes Our World and Dims the Stars Above Us

Poetry Image

In the shadow of the city lights, where dreams once soared,Now lies a veil of smog, a curtain drawn of despair,The whispering winds carry tales of neglect,As nature’s voice fades amidst the growing din.The rivers once clear, now murmur with sorrow,Reflecting skies tainted with human haste,The fish that swam beneath the azure blanket,Now struggle to breathe in their poisoned embrace. The trees that stood as silent sentinels of time,Now bow under the weight of a polluted sky,Their leaves, a myriad of stories untold,Fall like whispers, unheard, to the ground below.Yet hope lingers in the heart of the earth,A call to awaken souls to heed the silent plea,To cleanse the air, to heal the wounds we’ve wrought,And let the stars shine bright once more.
