In the midst of laughter, I stand unseen,
A shadow amongst faces, lost in between.
The silent echoes of my heart’s quiet plea,
For someone to notice, to truly see me.
In crowded rooms, I feel the chill,
Of loneliness that time canât seem to still.
The emptiness that fills the space,
Where once was warmth, now a hollow place.
My voice, a whisper in a storm,
Struggles to find a place, a form.
Among the noise, I’m left alone,
Searching for a heart to call my own.
Yet in this solitude, I find a light,
A strength within, a quiet might.
For in the silence, I hear my soul,
And in feeling alone, I become whole.
