The Silent Cry of Our Planet: Pollution’s Relentless Grip

Poetry Image

In the depths of oceans, a silent cry,
Creatures struggle as the waters die.
Plastic shadows darken the sea,
A poisoned legacy, for you and me.

Smoky tendrils climb the sky,
Choking breaths, a desperate sigh.
Forests whisper tales of sorrow,
As flames consume, what of tomorrow?

Rivers tainted, once pure and clear,
Now murky graves, of life so dear.
The earth, once lush with verdant grace,
Now bears the scars of our embrace.

Can we mend what we have torn?
Heal the wounds, rebirth the morn?
A call to action, hearts aligned,
To save our world, for all mankind.
