Beneath the azure skies, a quiet warning sings,
The whisper of the wind, the melting of the wings.
The ice begins to fade, the oceans start to rise,
A tale of sorrow told in natureâs ancient eyes.
Trees once tall and proud, now wither in the sun,
The Earthâs once gentle heart, now beats like a drum.
Rivers cry for rain, deserts hunger for the night,
A world that once was green, now struggles for its light.
Creatures of the land, and those beneath the waves,
Seek shelter from the storm, in this world now a grave.
The polar bears adrift, the coral reefs so pale,
A fragile web of life, frayed by this warming tale.
Oh, humanity, awake, and heed the planetâs plea,
For in our hands we hold, the key to what will be.
To cherish and to save, the beauty of our Earth,
Before the silent cry, becomes a song of dearth.
