Beneath the azure sky, the forest weeps,
As ancient trees fall in eternal sleep.
Echoes of life once vibrant and strong,
Now fade to whispers, a sorrowful song.
The chainsaws hum, a mechanical beast,
Devouring the heart of nature’s feast.
Rivers run murky, choked with despair,
While creatures flee, their homes laid bare.
In the wake of progress, shadows grow,
Footprints of man, a destructive show.
The lungs of Earth, gasping for breath,
As deforestation heralds their death.
Yet hope remains in hearts that fight,
To heal the wounds, to make it right.
A call to action, a plea to care,
To save the forests, for all we share.
