The Shadows of Inequality: A Tale of Struggle and Hope

Poetry Image

In the silent whispers of the night,
Where dreams are woven with fragile threads,
There lies a heart, burdened and tight,
By the weight of words left unsaid.

The world paints smiles with shades of gray,
Yet hides the scars beneath the skin,
For in its core, it turns away,
From voices drowned in the din.

A child with eyes of endless hope,
Seeks solace in the light of dawn,
But finds the road a slippery slope,
As shadows of bias are drawn.

Oh, how the soul yearns to be free,
To break the chains of prejudice,
And find a place where it can be,
Embraced with love, in pure justice.
