The Scorching Embrace of Summer’s Heat

Poetry Image

In the heart of summer’s blaze,
Where shadows seek a cool retreat,
The earth beneath the sun’s fierce gaze,
Surrenders to the scorching heat.

The air is thick with burning light,
Each breath a warm, relentless sigh,
As day gives way to endless night,
Beneath the fire of a crimson sky.

The leaves are still, the world in trance,
No whisper stirs the heavy air,
The flowers bow in silent dance,
To nature’s fervent, fiery glare.

And though the heat may sear and bind,
Its fervor holds a beauty rare,
For in its warmth, we often find,
A bond with life, beyond compare.
