Within the hallowed halls of ancient stone,
Where whispers of faith in silence are sown,
A sanctuary of serenity, timeless and grand,
The heart of the faithful in God’s gentle hand.
Stained glass windows, a kaleidoscope of light,
Casting rainbows in the sacred night,
Hymns of devotion rise to the dome,
In this holy place, the soul finds its home.
Candles flicker in a reverent dance,
Shadows play in a mystical trance,
Prayers ascend in a chorus of grace,
In the church, we find our sacred space.
Bells toll softly in the morning mist,
A call to peace, a heavenly tryst,
Here, in the church, where hope is restored,
We walk with God, forever adored.
