The Quiet Strength of Parental Sacrifice

Poetry Image

In the silent hours before the dawn,
They rise to greet the coming day.
With weary smiles and hearts not worn,
They pave the path, they light the way.

Their dreams are woven in the night,
Yet gladly set aside for ours.
A tapestry of love and might,
They build with patience, hour by hour.

With hands that soothe and hearts that guide,
They stand as pillars, strong and true.
In every tear and joy they bide,
Their sacrifice a bond that grew.

In gratitude, we find our voice,
To honor all they’ve done and been.
For in their love, we make our choice,
To carry forth what they begin.
