The Journey of Well-Worn Shoes

Poetry Image

Oh, the tales these shoes could tell,
Of cobbled streets and dewy dawns,
Of bustling markets and quiet, moonlit paths,
They’ve traveled far, these sturdy soles.

Under the sun and through the rain,
Each step a testament to days gone by,
Leather creased with memories,
Of laughter shared and silent cries.

Through fields of green and cityscapes,
They’ve known both joy and sorrow,
The journey etched in every scuff,
A diary of the feet they follow.

Now resting by the door once more,
Awaiting new adventures,
These shoes, a faithful companion,
Ready for the miles to come.
