The Gentle Embrace of Comfort

Poetry Image

In the stillness of the evening light,
Where worries fade and dreams take flight,
A tender touch, a whispered word,
In comfort’s arms, the heart is stirred.

Through stormy seas and skies so gray,
A beacon bright to show the way,
Soft blankets warm on chilly nights,
In comfort’s realm, we find our sights.

When silent tears begin to fall,
And shadows loom against the wall,
A gentle hand to hold so near,
In comfort’s grace, we lose our fear.

Oh, comfort sweet, your soothing balm,
A lullaby, a peaceful calm,
In your embrace, we find our peace,
And from our burdens, sweet release.
