The Gentle Dance of Autumn Leaves

Poetry Image

As summer fades, the leaves take flight,
In hues of gold and crimson bright.
They twirl and glide to earth below,
A final waltz in autumn’s glow.

Beneath the sky, so vast and blue,
They whisper tales, old and new.
Each leaf a story, each gust a song,
In the crisp air where they belong.

The forest floor, a tapestry,
Woven from the falling spree.
A patchwork quilt of nature’s art,
A fleeting beauty, soon to part.

So let us walk this path of dreams,
Through autumn’s soft and golden beams.
Cherish each step, each fleeting sight,
Before the world is draped in white.
