The Gentle Dance Between Life and Death

Poetry Image

In the twilight of your whispered breath,
Life and death entwined, a gentle dance,
Shadows stretch in the fading light,
And memories in our hearts enhance.

Your laughter echoes in the silent night,
A melody of days gone by,
Though you have taken flight,
Your spirit lingers, never to die.

The flowers bloom where you once walked,
Their petals soft, a silent prayer,
In every bloom, your essence locked,
A testament to the love we share.

Though tears may fall, and hearts may ache,
Your love remains, a guiding star,
In the journey that we all must take,
You live in us, no matter how far.
