The Echoes of Unseen Scars

Poetry Image

In shadows where silence reigns,
The whispers of pain often remain.
Through cracks in the heart’s fragile glass,
Echoes of violence everlast.

Though unseen, the scars are deep,
In the mind, they silently seep.
A constant reminder of a shattered past,
In the soul, the shadows are cast.

Each scream withheld, a tear suppress,
In the darkness, emotions press.
The weight of sorrow, a hidden distress,
In the quiet, they silently confess.

Yet in the heart, a hope may bloom,
To break free from the oppressive gloom.
A light to banish the night’s dark art,
And heal the wounds carved in the heart.
