The Echoes of Modern Life

Poetry Image

In the city lights that never dim,
We chase the dreams that feel so slim,
Concrete jungles and digital streams,
Lost in the rush, we forget to dream.

Amidst the buzz of endless chatter,
We seek connection, yet hearts shatter,
Screens between us, we touch the void,
In the noise, our souls are destroyed.

The clock ticks fast, we race with time,
In the grind, we miss the sublime,
Moments fleeting, lost in haste,
Modern life, a bittersweet taste.

Yet in the chaos, hope does bloom,
A whisper of peace in the room,
If we pause and take a breath,
We find life’s beauty, even in death.
