The Duality of War and the Quest for Peace

Poetry Image

Cannons roar in the silent night,
Soldiers march under the pale moonlight.
Blood and tears mix in the soil,
A land tormented by endless toil.

Dreams of peace, a distant shore,
Hearts wearied by the weight of war.
Echoes of laughter, memories fade,
In the shadow of the battleground, hope is frayed.

Yet amidst the chaos, a glimmer of light,
Brave souls rise, prepared to fight.
Not with weapons, but with love’s embrace,
To mend the scars of a world displaced.

Through the ashes, a new dawn breaks,
Unity and peace, the world remakes.
Hand in hand, we build anew,
A testament to what love can do.
