The Dual Nature of Wealth: A Blessing or a Curse?

Poetry Image

In the shadow of gold, dreams are spun,
Threads of hope glisten under the sun.
Yet beneath the glitter, lies a tale untold,
Of hearts turned cold, and souls sold.

Money whispers in the quiet night,
Promises of freedom, power, and delight.
But with each coin, a chain is forged,
Binding desires in a relentless gorge.

Wealth brings comfort, ease, and grace,
Painting smiles on many a face.
Yet, lurking in its radiant glow,
Is the fear of losing all we know.

So tread with care, in pursuit of wealth,
For it can bring both joy and stealth.
A double-edged sword, it gleams bright,
Navigated best with wisdom’s light.
