The Delicate Dance of the Meadow’s Keeper

Poetry Image

In the whispering fields where shadows play,
A gentle creature greets the day.
With ears like sails and eyes so bright,
A rabbit dances in morning’s light.

Amongst the flowers, soft and sweet,
It leaps and bounds on nimble feet.
The world is vast, yet it is here,
In this meadow, it holds so dear.

With every hop, a story told,
Of ancient lands and tales of old.
In every pause, a moment to dream,
By the bubbling brook and silver stream.

As twilight falls and stars appear,
The rabbit whispers, “Do not fear.”
For in the night, beneath the moon,
The meadow sings its gentle tune.
