The Dance of Fireflies in the Moonlit Meadow

Poetry Image

In the quiet hush of a summer’s night,
Fireflies weave their tales of light,
Flickering sparks in the velvet sky,
Like stars that have learned to fly.

Among the whispers of the leaves,
Their glow is a promise that never deceives,
A symphony of silence, pure and bright,
Guiding dreams with their gentle light.

Through the meadow, they drift and sway,
Tiny lanterns in a playful ballet,
Each one a beacon, a beacon so grand,
Lighting the secrets of the land.

As night deepens and shadows grow,
Fireflies continue their radiant show,
Painting the darkness with luminous grace,
Leaving traces of wonder in their ethereal embrace.
