The Dance Between Age and Youth

Poetry Image

In the twilight of our days, whispers of yesteryear remain,
Echoes of laughter, boundless dreams, in youth’s unbridled reign.
Time, the silent sculptor, with gentle, steady hand,
Carves lines of wisdom, deep and true, in life’s expansive sand.

Youth, a fleeting fire, bright and wild, yet quickly fades,
Leaving embers of sweet memories, in age’s quiet glades.
The fervor of young passion, the innocence so pure,
Matures into a steady flame, with patience to endure.

Age, a gentle mentor, with stories rich and vast,
A tapestry of moments, woven from the past.
The eyes, though dim, still sparkle with a light,
Reflecting all the battles fought, in day and darkest night.

Together, age and youth, in harmony they blend,
A beautiful symphony, from beginning to the end.
For in the heart of age, youth’s spirit lives anew,
And in the heart of youth, age’s wisdom guides it through.
